- 50% deposit within 5 days of booking confirmation
- 50% balance 14 days before arrival
- Bookings without deposit received in 5 days are automatically cancelled
- Pay in IDR or USD — message us on WhatsApp to arrange
- Your stay is paid in advance by bank transfer. Cards are accepted at the villas only, for extras and any additional nights arranged during your stay — with no card surcharge.

- 60+ days before check-in: full refund (100%)
- 30–59 days before check-in: 65% refund
- 0–29 days before check-in: no refund
- 24-hour grace period from booking confirmation
Paying by bank transfer — how it works
- You receive a formal invoice from PT Bumi Putih Lombok, the registered Indonesian company (PMA) that owns and operates both villas — the same entity behind our Airbnb and Booking.com listings.
- We confirm receipt on WhatsApp within 24 hours, and your dates are held from the moment you tell us the transfer is on its way.
- Nothing is due beyond the 50% deposit until 14 days before arrival, and the 60-day full-refund window applies to every direct booking.

Direct guests can book up to 12 months ahead — around four months further than the booking platforms open. For peak school-holiday weeks, this page is where the calendar opens first.
