Villa Serangan 是我们两栋别墅中较大的一栋。由 ALT Design & Construction 设计，于 2022 年建成，坐落于 1,000 平方米的海滨地块上，被成熟的棕榈和鸡蛋花园环绕。四间套房卧室可入住 10 人——三间双人房，加一间可容纳四人的家庭房（还可容纳额外的儿童）；一间位于一楼，三间位于二楼，配有环绕式阳台，享山景、花园景及部分海景。配备全套开放式厨房、室内外用餐区、配 52 英寸智能电视的客厅，以及带儿童浅水区的私人无边泳池。别墅采用太阳能供电，使用当地龙目岛石材、回收柚木和裸露混凝土，体现 ALT-254 建筑语言。从别墅出发，一条私人小径穿过我们自己的土地，步行几分钟即达海滩，全程不出庄园；Serangan 冲浪点再往前约三分钟。
