About the villa
A villa, not a room.
Villa Serangan is the larger of our two villas. Built in 2022 to a design by ALT Architects, it occupies a 1,000 sqm beachfront plot with mature palm and frangipani gardens. Four ensuite bedrooms (one on the ground floor, three on the first floor with wraparound balconies and ocean views), a fully equipped open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a living room with 52" smart TV, and a private infinity pool with a shallow section for younger children. The villa is solar-powered and uses local Lombok stone, recycled teak, and exposed concrete in the ALT-254 architectural language. From the front gate, it is a short sand path to the beach, and a six-minute walk to the Serangan surf break.
