About the villa
A villa, not a room.
Villa Serangan is the larger of our two villas. Built in 2022 to a design by ALT Design & Construction, it occupies a 1,000 sqm plot on our beachfront estate with mature palm and frangipani gardens. Four ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 — three double bedrooms plus a family room for four (with space for extra children); one is on the ground floor and three on the first floor with wraparound balconies and hill, garden and partial sea views. There is a fully equipped open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, a living room with 52" smart TV, and a private infinity pool with a shallow section for younger children. The villa is solar-powered and uses local Lombok stone, recycled teak, and exposed concrete in the ALT-254 architectural language. From the villa, a private path leads straight down to the beach in a couple of minutes on your own land, so you never leave the property, with the Serangan surf break about three minutes further.

A private path on our own land leads from the villa in a couple of minutes on foot to Pantai Serangan, so you never leave the property — a quiet beach where many mornings you are the only guest. The Serangan surf break is about three minutes further.

Villa Serangan has a shallow childrens section in the infinity pool, a separate bunk room ideal for kids travelling together, and the team can provide a cot, high chair, and baby gates on request. The beach is a couple of minutes on foot along a private path on our own land, and is one of the safest in Lombok at low tide. Daily breakfast is included and kid-friendly options are always available.
