Selong Belanak, for your first waves
Around 10 minutes by car. A sandy-bottom beach for beginner lessons, with board and instructor arranged through our team.
A coast worth exploring
Mawi, Are Guling and Gerupuk offer more options for a surf day out. Ask our team about coaching and transport; the right break depends on your ability and the day’s conditions.
A good surf trip should be a good holiday for everyone.
Head out for a session while the rest of your group enjoys the villa, an in-villa massage or a relaxed beach morning. Meet again for a private chef dinner. Salwa and the team help coordinate the details, so nobody has to spend their holiday organising everyone else’s.
Daily breakfast, housekeeping and concierge coordination are included. Lessons, board rental, transport, chef meals and other experiences are charged separately at the activity-list prices. Timing is confirmed with you.

Can beginners and experienced surfers stay together?
Yes. Beginners can take lessons at Selong Belanak, while experienced surfers can consider Serangan or other breaks with local guidance. Your group shares the villa and can choose different activities.
Are the villas directly on the sand?
The villas sit in gardens on our beachfront estate. A private path across our land reaches the public beach in a couple of minutes; the Serangan break is roughly five minutes on foot from the villas.
Do we have to surf every day?
No. Book the villa for your own group and choose your own pace. The activity list includes dining, massage, fitness, boat trips and island excursions, and you can leave whole days free.
