Most villas that sleep a big group are one large house, so the whole party shares one roof. Wave Lombok is different: two architect-designed villas, built side by side on the same beachfront land. Book one for a couple or a family — or take the whole estate for a group of up to 18, with two private pools, two kitchens, and enough space that everyone can be together or slip off on their own.
It is family-owned and run by our own on-site team — no big-resort machine, no shared facilities with other guests. When you take both villas we block every other booking, so the 2,000 sqm garden, both infinity pools, and the private path down to a near-empty beach belong to your group alone.

Two villas, two pools
Villa Serangan (4 bedrooms, sleeps 10) and Villa Selong Belanak (3 bedrooms plus a staff room, sleeps 8), each with its own private infinity pool and a shallow section for younger children.
2,000 sqm, yours alone
Take both and we block all other bookings — the whole garden, both terraces, and the private path down to a quiet, almost-always-empty public beach a couple of minutes' walk away on our own land.
An on-site team
A team of around ten, with a manager on site, looks after your group directly — breakfast, housekeeping and WhatsApp concierge included; a private chef, massage, surf lessons and transfers on request.
Who takes the whole estate
Built for groups who want space and quiet.
Multi-generational families. Grandparents, parents and kids under one estate but not on top of each other — a ground-floor bedroom at Villa Selong Belanak for those who prefer no stairs, family rooms for the children, shallow pool sections, and a team on hand for the small things that make a family trip easy.
Groups of friends. Two full villas means two kitchens, two living rooms and two pools, so a group of ten to eighteen can share long dinners and then split off — surfers to the break, others to the loungers — without ever feeling crowded.
A quiet group getaway — or a small celebration. Because the estate is genuinely private and almost nobody else is on the beach, it suits groups who want calm rather than a scene — a reunion, a slow week away, or a small wedding or family celebration by arrangement (within reason on guest numbers and noise). If you have something specific in mind, tell us and we will be honest about what fits.

What's included — and what we can arrange.
Included in every stay: daily breakfast (Indonesian or Western), daily housekeeping, and full concierge by WhatsApp. Solar power, filtered water, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, and free on-site parking with night security.
Arranged on request, at additional cost: a private chef to cook in the villa for your group, in-villa massage, surf lessons, airport transfers, car and scooter rental, grocery and food delivery, and laundry. We do not keep a permanent chef — but we can bring one in to cook for your group whenever you would like, from a family dinner to a multi-course meal. And there are two or three good restaurants a few minutes' walk away when you would rather go out.

Easy to reach, easy to coordinate.
The estate is 40 minutes by car from Lombok International Airport (LOP) and about 35 minutes from Kuta and the Mandalika corridor. There is now a direct flight from Darwin, and easy Bali connections from most other cities — see our getting here from Australia guide, or the full arrival guide.
For a group we coordinate the airport transfers so everyone arrives together, and we can line up cars, scooters, surf lessons and day trips in advance so your first day is spent by the pool, not on logistics. Tell us your flights and we will handle the rest.

Can we book both villas together for one group?

Yes. Villa Serangan and Villa Selong Belanak sit side by side on the same 2,000 sqm beachfront estate, and you can take both for exclusive use. When you book the whole estate we block all other bookings, so the two villas, both pools and the whole garden are yours alone. Message us with your dates and group size and we will hold both villas together.
How many people can the whole estate sleep?

Up to 18 guests across the two villas. Villa Serangan has four ensuite bedrooms and sleeps 10 (three double rooms plus a family room with two bunk beds). Villa Selong Belanak has three ensuite bedrooms and sleeps 8 (two double rooms plus a family room with two bunk beds), and there is a separate staff room that sleeps two. For a comfortable group we usually suggest planning around 18 guests.
Is the estate good for a multi-generational family?

It is one of the things it does best. Each villa has a private infinity pool with a shallow section for younger children, a family room, and plenty of shared indoor and outdoor living space. Villa Selong Belanak has a bedroom on the ground floor, which older guests often prefer. Our on-site team of around ten, with a manager on site, is on hand day to day, and a cot, high chair and baby gates can be arranged on request.
What is included when we take both villas?

Yes, on request. We do not keep a permanent chef, but we can arrange a private chef to cook in the villa for your group whenever you would like — from a relaxed family dinner to a multi-course meal. Daily breakfast is already included, and there are two or three good restaurants a few minutes' walk away as well.
How far is the beach, and is it private?

A private path leads from the estate down to the beach in a couple of minutes on foot — entirely on our own land, so your group never leaves the property to reach it. The beach itself is public but almost always empty. Villa Serangan enjoys a partial sea view; Villa Selong Belanak looks over forest and hills. The Serangan surf break is about five minutes further on foot, and Selong Belanak beach is roughly ten minutes by car.
How much does it cost to book the whole estate?

Villa Serangan starts from USD $350 a night and Villa Selong Belanak from USD $285, so the whole estate starts from around USD $635 a night in low season, rising in peak season. Can we host an event, party or celebration?

Yes, within reason. Wave Lombok is a quiet, private estate rather than a large events venue, so it comes down to scale — the number of guests and the noise. A small wedding or a family celebration for your group is something we can consider by arrangement; a big, loud party is not the right fit. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be straight about what works.
